Response time: We read and answer every message personally, typically within 1–3 working days. During launches, events or seasonal peaks it may take a little longer - we appreciate your patience and we always reply.

Things we get asked often.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order. Dispatch within 3–5 working days. EU delivery 3–7 days after that. International orders 7–14 working days.
Can I return or exchange?
Returns accepted within 14 days for unused items in original condition. Sizing issues on made-to-order pieces - write to us and we'll find a solution.
I'm between sizes on the collar - what do I do?
Measure your dog's neck at the widest point, add 2cm. Between sizes, size up. Full size guides with breed examples are on every collar product page.
Is BioThane® safe?
Yes. BioThane® is waterproof, bacteria-resistant, odour-free and safe for prolonged skin contact. We are authorized BioThane® user and all Dress Code pieces are made from this material.
Are the care products safe for puppies?
Yes. Both the Premium Balm and Ear Oil are formulated with canine sensitivity in mind - gentle enough for puppies, senior dogs and sensitive skin.
Do you ship outside Europe?
