Refund policy

To start a return/refund, please read the below first and then contact us at houseofdogarts@gmail.com.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchases. We know that buying online can be tricky, so we offer a no-nonsense refund policy, and will offer you a refund on non personalized items under clear conditions that you will surely accept in case of the (unlikely but can happen) event of an item being faulty on our end and proven as such from your end.

Our products are all hand made in house and therefore personally very carefully inspected & thoroughly checked before each is packed and shipped. 
In case of possible return request, follow the description steps below. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase followed by photos showing us exact current status of a product.

The next step will be to send us the product back with tracking number, covering return shipping costs yourself. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your sent item and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refer to each for details.

We do not accept refunds for issues relating to shipping, tracking, or delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and all forms are filled out when placing your order, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to an incorrect entry.

We invite you to double-check the information provided when ordering (correct address, phone number, …), we can't be responsible for such mistakes occurred when placing an order.


Damages and issues

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund, however it is very likely to be resolved in a positive manner if you inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
