XXS: 24–28 cm
XS: 28–32 cm
S: 35–39 cm
M: 38–42 cm
L: 44–48 cm

 

20 mm width

S: 35–39 cm
M: 38–42 cm
L: 44–48 cm
XL: 48–52 cm

 

25 mm width

M: 38–42 cm
L: 44–48 cm
XL: 50–54 cm

 

If unsure, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
