📬 MAKE SURE YOU'RE IN TIME

To prevent missing important deadlines (new puppies, fur-friend's birthdays, holiday season, bachelorette parties, baby showers,...) PLEASE Order early! 

- IMPORTANT: Please double-check that your address is correct BEFORE purchasing as we are not responsible for wrong address shipments. 

✔ Our fulfillment process is automated and it isn't possible to alter once the order is placed, please request changes before the purchase.

✔ Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier or postal service. If your shipment is experiencing difficulties, please try to contact the postal service first. If you need further assistance, message us and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

🚀 FULFILLMENT & DELIVERY 

Business days are considered from Monday to Friday.

We'll do our best to ship the ordered amount inside 24 hours after payment confirmation is received. Tracking Number will be provided immediately after the package leaves our storage area so the transport will be fully transparent to you.

Depending on your location it can take from 2 business days up to a week (or 20 business days if you're based in USA and you decide to use Standard Shipping). The express/priority option can always be considered, please send us an email BEFORE you place the order and we'll find the best option for you together if you don't see the option to choose shipping method at Checkout.
